CARBON VS CERAMIC FILM
The main differences between carbon and ceramic films are their compositions, appearance, and price. Carbon window tint uses carbon particles mixed into the film which rejects a majority of UV rays and provides a unique matte look. It is a cost-effective method, but its durability is questionable as it can be scratched and damaged more easily than its counterpart.
Ceramic films are regarded higher not only for its higher quality film but also because they can block up to 99 percent of UV light from entering your car’s interior. They also help block about 45% of solar heat and is more effective in resisting glare and fading.
